 Terms and Conditions for Westlands Digital Loyalty Membership

Effective Date: 05.02.2025

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Westlands Farm Shop Digital Loyalty Membership (“the Membership"). By accessing or using the Membership, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not participate in the Membership. These Terms govern your use of the Digital Loyalty Membership and participation in the Westlands Farm Shop Loyalty Program (“Loyalty Program").

2. Eligibility

The Membership and the Loyalty Program are available to individuals who are at least 18 years old or the legal age in their jurisdiction. By using the Membership, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Registration

To participate in the Loyalty Program, you must register for the Membership. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Membership account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Loyalty Points & Rewards

(a) Earning Points: You can earn loyalty points by making qualifying purchases at participating retail locations. Points are awarded at the rate of 1 point per one full pound spent. Points are tracked through your Digital Loyalty Membership and can be redeemed for rewards as specified in the Membership. The number of points required for each reward may vary.

(b) Redeeming Points: Points can be redeemed for rewards, discounts, or offers as described in the Membership. Rewards are subject to availability and may be changed, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

(c) Expiration of Points: Loyalty points may expire after a specified period. Please refer to the Membership for details on the expiration timeline.

5. Account Management

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information associated with your account. You can manage your account settings, view your loyalty points balance, and track your rewards through the Membership wallet pass or by speaking to a member of the team in store.

6. Restrictions

(a) You may not use the Membership for any illegal, unauthorized, or fraudulent activity.

(b) You may not transfer or sell your loyalty points or rewards, unless expressly authorized by Westlands Farm Shop.

(c) Westlands Farm Shop reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and any rewards if any fraudulent or illegal activity is detected.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of the Membership is subject to Westlands Farm Shop’s Privacy Policy. By using the Membership, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to the Loyalty Program

Westlands Farm Shop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Loyalty Program, the Membership, or any rewards offered at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the Membership or on our website.

9. Liability

(a) Westlands Farm Shop is not liable for any loss, damage, or expense resulting from your use or inability to use the Membership, including but not limited to any interruption or suspension of service.

(b) The Membership and any rewards or services provided through the Membership are provided “as is" and “as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Termination of Account

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting Westlands Farm Shop. Westlands Farm Shop may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Westlands Farm Shop, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Membership or violation of these Terms.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Westlands Farm Shop regarding your use of the Membership and participation in the Loyalty Program. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remainder will remain in full force and effect.

Terms and Conditions for Physical 10 Stamp Loyalty Card

Offer: “Collect one stamp per £15 spent. When the card is full, receive 10% off your next shop.”

·       One stamp earned per £15 spent.

·       Stamps must be collected at the time of purchase, Westlands Farm Shop will not back-date stamps for previous purchases.

·       Ten stamps equate to one full card.

·       Full loyalty card may be redeemed on subsequent purchase only.

·       Offer excludes transactions for any bulk/catering products and where any other discount has been applied.

·       Stamps are not earned on any purchase that has been discounted in any way, including loyalty discounts.

·       Westlands Farm Shop reserves the right to refuse discount and loyalty card stamps for any reason.
