We hope you’re hungry because on Saturday July 8 we are hosting our second mouth-watering Food Fare welcoming foodie-fanatics from across the region to indulge in a variety of delicious local produce.
Fields surrounding the shop will be filled with a range of local businesses and produce such as Bere Dairy Ice creams, cocktails from 3PartsDrinks, Oates & Flour Bakery, Hill Farm Juice, and Bowman Ales.
An exciting addition to the Food Fare will be Wessex Historic Tractor Club. You will be able to explore a range of vintage agricultural vehicles.
Explore a diverse range of flavours from local farmers and producers, sample new creations and savour the taste that Hampshire-based food and drink businesses have to offer.
We will also be hosting a barbecue with meat straight from the butchery to the grill, and there will be plenty of activities for all of the family to get involved with such as a bouncy castle and children’s craft stall.
The Food Fare will be open from 10AM – 3PM on Saturday, July 8 and is free to attend.
Our Food Fare is a great opportunity for you to discover local businesses right on your doorstep and the faces and families behind them.
It’s essential we celebrate all of the amazing local suppliers, farmers and producers to reinforce why supporting local business is so important.
Our Food Fare is part of Hampshire Fare’s Food Festival that is taking place throughout July and August – you can get involved in an array of activities and events across the region including chef demos, menus, markets, tours, tastings and workshops.
