Sophie – “I have been working at Westlands for 3 years and originally started as a Farm Shop Team member. With continuous support and training, I have progressed to the Farm Shop Team Leader. The team I work with make this job fun and enjoyable.”
Flavian – “As a farmer, I like the fact that I can rear my animals and be able to process them ready for the table – farm to fork. I have also worked at Westlands for 4 months now as an apprentice butcher. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at Westlands so far. The team I work with have been generous with their knowledge. I often get pushed out of my comfort zone, which I like because it’s the only way I can improve. The customers are also very friendly and chatty.”
