You will have opportunities to take part in regular training and development to help you grow, learn and develop. Our training opportunities boost skills and knowledge surrounding products, suppliers, butchery, farming and customer service.
You’ll be empowered with the knowledge, skills and confidence to thrive in your role, whether it be on the shop floor, the butchery or on the farm.
We also offer various opportunities for you to take on more responsibilities within your role or a different role to help you advance your career.
Some of our training and development opportunities include:
- External training evenings at our suppliers to gain specific product knowledge. This is where you can meet the faces and families behind our products, and learn about their production methods
- Level 2 butchery apprenticeship
